Veteran Navigator Services
West Michigan Community Mental Health has a veteran peer navigator to serve those who served our country.
This is a free service and is available to any veteran in Lake, Mason, and Oceana counties.
Who it’s designed for:
Veteran Navigator Services provides support to veterans and military family members facing emotional challenges that require guidance and resource linkage. From maintaining secure housing, addressing employment concerns, transportation, and medical needs, to managing financial challenges, fulfilling personal care requirements, food resources, obtaining military documentation, and more.
We also can provide peer mentoring, emotional support, and connection to mental health and substance use programs.
